We're DZINR Studio, a branding and design studio based in Mumbai. We've been design partners with Agilitas Sports for a while now, and this time, we're taking it to the next level.
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to work exclusively with the Agilitas team in Bangalore.
Agilitas is one of India's most ambitious sports companies right now. Performance wear, footwear, global brand licenses, all being built out of India. Big things happening here.
Here's how it works; you'll be hired by DZINR, but your day-to-day will be fully dedicated to Agilitas in Bangalore. Brand identity, packaging, campaign creatives, collaterals, all of it. You bring the design thinking, we'll bring the support and structure.
What you'll work on
As a Graphic Designer, you'll work across a wide range of design requirements for Agilitas, including:
- Brand identity and visual communication
- Campaign creatives
- Social media and digital creatives
- Packaging design
- Marketing collaterals
- Presentations and communication materials
- Retail and promotional creatives
- Print and digital design
- Other design requirements across the brand
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can bring strong design thinking and great execution to the table.
- Have a strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Be able to create clean, thoughtful and visually compelling designs.
- Understand how to design for different formats, platforms and communication needs.
- Have a good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Be aware of current design trends and what's happening in the design industry.
- Understand the importance of research and context before starting a design.
- Be able to understand the brand, its audience and the purpose behind each piece of communication.
- Be comfortable working across different types of design requirements.
- Have strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills.
- Be able to confidently present your concepts and ideas and explain the thinking behind your work.
Software proficiency
You should be comfortable and proficient with the software required for your work.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to use design software.
We're looking for someone who thinks, researches, explores and designs.
Someone who is curious about the brand they're working on, keeps themselves updated with design trends, understands what makes good design work, and can bring fresh ideas to the table.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about the quality of their work.
Employment
You will be employed by DZINR and will work exclusively with the Agilitas team in Bangalore on a day-to-day basis.
Salary
Salary will be decided based on your portfolio, assignment and interview.
