What you'll work on

• Brand research and understanding the market, audience and competitors
• Brand positioning, vision, mission, purpose, tone and messaging
• Developing visual directions, moodboards and vision boards
• Logo and brand identity design
• Typography, colour systems, patterns and other brand elements
• Packaging design
• Brand collaterals and other brand applications

What we're looking for

• Someone who can create strong, thoughtful and competitive design work.
• A designer who understands current design trends and keeps themselves updated with what is happening in the design industry.
• Someone who believes in research before design and takes the time to understand the market, category, audience and context.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to translate strategic thinking into visual design.
• A strong eye for typography, composition, visual hierarchy and overall aesthetics.
• Someone who can develop ideas rather than simply execute instructions.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently present concepts and ideas to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain the thinking behind your work.
